Astro pirates are a band of criminal otters led by Master Chard.

Aquarim Language

Aquarim Language is the ancient tongue of the water people.

Aura

Aura, or aura state, is a boost that magicians receive when their starsign's planet enters its colored region on the astrolog.

Baklava solar system

The Baklava solar system is a heliocentric planetary system on the Material Plane consisting of eight planets.

Book of the Darned

The Book of the Darned is the late archwizard Craaken's grimoire that explains various magical phenomena and the apocalypse.

C

Chosen one

Chosen ones are magicians capable of contacting parallel universes via Communication and learning magic of the higher attributes. The protagonist of Magical Vacation is a chosen one.

E

Enigma

Enigmas are antagonistic creatures born of darkness who can use incredible magic.

Enigma fusion

Enigma fusion is a process whereby an enigma fuses with a host body, imbuing the host with higher cognition and dangerous power.

Etherealization

Etherealization is a phenomenon in which physical matter is temporarily turned into pure light.

Gummy

Gummy is a crystalline substance created from light and dark magic particles. It can nucleate around physical and spiritual bodies.

Magic

Magic is the building block of all existence which magicians can command.

Magician

A magician also known as a wizard or sorcerer, refers to someone or something that can cast magic.

Magic doll

Magic dolls, or magic dummies, are robots that copy magicians' souls in order to cast magic.

Millennium gummy

Millennium gummies are legendary magic gummies representing the five basic attributes.

Dilation of consciousness

Dilation of consciousness is a power that lets magicians will things in and out of reality, and even bend the universe to their will.

P

Plane

Planes are alternate planar worlds that comprise the greater universe. There exists a plane and spirit for every concept in the universe. The planes explored in the series are the Material Plane, Light Plane, Dark Plane, and Death Plane.

Planet

Planets are the eight celestial bodies that comprise the Baklava solar system. In order, they are Kovomaka of magic, Erd of earth, Cassia of water, Puffoon of wind, Gren of wood, Razen of fire, Nova of light, and Shadra of darkness.

PSI

PSI, also known as psychic powers, are non-magic abilities that can be explained by the physics of a higher dimension. These include telepathy and telekinesis.

R

Reincarnation

Reincarnation is when a soul separates from its physical body, departs for the Death Plane, and is reborn as a completely new being.

S

Soul

The soul or spirit body is the spiritual counterpart to a physical body. They overlap each other to form a living being.

Space Police

The Space Police are an organization of crime-fighters based in Bena Rikashi, Puffoon.

Spirit

Spirits are elemental forces of nature born across various planes. They can amplify the strength of spells when summoned in battle.

Spirit Combo

Spirit Combo is a term for when summoned spirits boost the power of a spell of an alike attribute.

Star

Stars are the ultimate life form, born from the souls of experienced magicians who escape the cycle of reincarnation.

Starsign

Starsigns are symbols representing one's magical attribute in relation to the planets of the Baklava system, except for Kovomaka.

Sun

The sun is a giant plasma gummy situated at the center of the Baklava solar system. Within it are two dimensions housing the planets Nova and Shadra, which swap places during the day and night respectively.

T

Three Day War

Three Day War refers to a battle that took place roughly 15 years before Magical Vacation, sparked by Will-o'-Wisp graduates who fused with enigmas.

U

Universe

Universes are the innumerable parallel realities where Magical Vacation series canon takes place. All universes are comprised of overlapping planes.

W

Warp

Warp is a special type of magic only powerful magicians or 4th Dimensional life forms can cast, which allows them to teleport anywhere in the universe.

Will-o'-Wisp Academy

Will-o'-Wisp Academy is a school of magic founded by Biscotti 300 years before Magical Vacation. It is located in Kovomaka Kingdom on the planet Kovomaka on the Material Plane.
