The universe is the self-contained reality where Magical Vacation series canon takes place.
Profile
A single universe is made up of overlapping planar worlds called planes,[a] which are inhabited by various spirits and races. Planes are produced whenever a concept is brought into the universe, and termed after the concepts they represent, such as light and matter. The universe is actually small enough to fit in the palm of one's hand, yet it contains a vast number of planes.[1] Outside of the universe exist several identical, alternate universes, which "Chosen Ones" can communicate with in order to receive new powers. Alternatively, magic technology can be used to broadcast radio waves to other universes, and engage with lookalikes from those alternate worlds.[2]
In more complex terms, the universe is like a heart or mind, in which peoples' minds becomes the universe, and the universe creates people.[3] It is shaped by the magic of those who inhabit it, and is perpetually being reborn because of it. Therefore, the universe is really a figment of the imagination and does not truly exist;[4] it is an eternal, immaterial, mysterious black space beyond all comprehension.[5]
