Reincarnation, also called rebirth, is a concept in the Magical Vacation series.
Summary
Every living thing in the universe is made up of a physical body and a soul, which overlap to form the individual. Death typically separates these two halves, allowing the soul to transmigrate to the Abyssal Realm. While on this plane, the soul passes through the Abyssal Corridor, and later Drazzig Grotto, where they can be reborn in the Hall of Rebirth with a new physical, mental, and spiritual form. However, if one dies in the Abyssal Realm, their physical body and soul are completely erased. By embracing death, it is possible to avoid perfect disappearance by having the soul reincarnate on another plane, while the physical self fades from existence.
Alternatively, skilled magicians and saints may not reincarnate after death and can become stars instead. Stars possess all memories of their past lives, and once they accept their deaths, they ascend to the heavens beyond the Star Cavern Arko.
