Nintendō Kōshiki Guidebook - Magical Vacation is a Japanese Magical Vacation guidebook published by Nintendo and Shogakukan, released December 20, 2001. It succeeds V Jump Books - Magical Vacation, and was released on the same day as the Nintendo DREAM x Nintendo Stadium guidebook.[1] This book provides detailed maps of each of the four planes, coverage of various game mechanics, and a poster with a list of magic by attribute.

The book's introduction (pg. 10-20) opens with the protagonist's backstory, followed by a synopsis of the game. After that is an explanation of the universe and the four planes, then descriptions of the sixteen party members, Headmaster Grand Dragée, Professor Madeleine, and Balsamico. The last page of the introduction features a relationship chart for each classmate, which includes Chardonnay and Vanilla.
