Kōji Tsuda is a Japanese designer and graphic artists. He and Shinichi Kameoka were the original founders of Brownie Brown (presently 1-Up Studio) in 2000, and is known for previously designing background graphics for the Mana series. He currently works as a graphics artist for Brownies.
