Filamen is a character in Magical Starsign. They are a luminite living in Sparklin Palace on Nova who serves as an envoy of the queen of light.

Biography

Magical Starsign

After the queen of light passed away over one thousand years ago, Filamen served as her envoy in her absence.

When the party entered the queen's chamber, they found Filamen standing next to her vacant throne. Filamen proclaimed that the queen had not been around for one thousand years, as she only returned to Sparklin Palace between reincarnations. Nevertheless, the luminites had to uphold her rules in her absence, thus forbidding outsiders from using the Starway. The queen also ordered that visitors receive her blessing, which compelled Filamen to give the party full access to the palace.

If the party obtained at least one egg character and refrained from catching gummy frogs on their journey, Filamen left them an egg character in Neumann's incubation room. The egg character depended on the protagonist's starsign; if light, they received Pooka, whereas if dark, they received Star.
