Egg characters are a type of party member in Magical Starsign.

Egg characters can be obtained by frequently using Tag Mode with other players. After registering a certain number of Amigos to the Amigo List, an egg character's egg will appear in Neumann's incubator room, and can be hatched with around six subsequent tags. Tag Mode is also used to level up egg characters, because unlike regular party members, they do not earn EXP in battle and their stat growth is notably weak. By equipping an egg character with the egg set, they will get an increased bonus to a particular stat upon leveling up.
