Felins are a species in the Magical Vacation series. They are a tribe of anthropomorphic cats who inhabit Tapiocatea Village on the Dark Plane and Tropica Village on Gren.
Profile
Felins are known for their abrasive and relaxed attitudes, as well as their ability to survive in all kinds of environments. Being experts of the wilderness, they depend on nature and hardly ever use modern technology, utilizing the world around them to raise settlements and create medicines. Felins are also archenemies with piranhas, and those who live on the Dark Plane are known to eat amefurashi. It is said that over 1,000 years ago, felins first established a country on the Wind Plane before departing and constructing settlements on various other planes. Among these settlements are Tapiocatea Village on the Dark Plane, and an unnamed village on the Material Plane where Lemon was born.[2]
The names of felins from Gren are typically lifted from musical terminology, though this varies among versions of the game. In Japanese, felins are named after musical genres, whereas in English, they are named after instruments.
