Biography
Early life
Some time ago, Nectar's brother encountered an enigma and was transformed into a dodo. Learning that the dodo curse lasted one thousand years, and how hunters killed dodos for their medicinal blood, Nectar abandoned Tapioca Tea Village and began looking for dodos across many realms. He brought his brother and other wayward dodos to Ecir Thicket, a jungle underneath Spollacs Swamp, where they would be safe from harm. However, after Cocoa came down with a strange sickness, her older brother Musk starting using his pet fennel to kill dodos and take their blood. Musk fed the blood to Cocoa, falsely claiming it was medicinal sanguine juice, in hopes that it would heal her. Unbeknownst to Musk, Cocoa was actually cursed by an enigma and slowly turning into a dodo; the dodo blood only decelerated her transformation.

The students of Will-o'-Wisp Academy first met Nectar in the Light Realm. When they passed through Rekcarc Quarry, they spotted a dodo and were halted by Nectar, who exclaimed that dodos were actually cursed people and spirits. He also introduced himself as a vagrant from Tapioca Tea Village, then mentioned how God gave him the responsibility of keeping dodos safe from hunters.
Nomenclature
His name comes from nectar, a sugar-rich liquid produced by the nectarine glands of plants.
