Profile
Personality
Durum is a selfish and cowardly person. He prioritizes his ambitions over the safety of those around him, obsessively attempting to protect his daughter despite the hypocrisy of his actions. He is shown to lie in order to save face, shown via his order for Semolina to be his daughter’s body double, turning herself in to the astro pirates so he could return to his position as the chief of Tropica Village.
Appearance
Durum is an older male with gray fur, square jaw, and silver hair. He wears a pale green nagagi overtop a white buttoned shirt, and a blue haori dotted with yellow circles over his shoulders. He also wears a pair of setta sandals.
Biography
Early life
Around five years ago, after Kale and Chard's astro pirates began abducting magicians across the Baklava solar system, Durum took measures to ensure that his magic-adept daughter Farina was safe from harm. He employed Semolina to be her guardian, while magicians from Tropica Village were quickly handed over to the pirates, unaware that Durum was endangering them to protect Farina.
