Demiglace,[a][b] also written as Demi-glace, is a dwarf in the Magical Vacation series.

Biography

Magical Vacation

Demiglace, alongside Anglaise, patrolled the road behind Cold Honey Palace in the Light Realm, since it passed through Rekcarc Quarry to Ufot Village. He and Anglaise were first seen confronting Quattro Formaggi, accompanied by a clueless Chocolat, and said they were forbidden from entering Iko Domnag. After Quattro took Chocolat to the quarry, the party could talk to Demiglace, to which he told them that a strange machine had recently been purchased and retooled by local souris.[1]

Magical Starsign

In the town of Macaroon on Razen, Demiglace revealed that he had sold his property and moved to Macaroon in order to become Grenadine's apprentice weaponsmith; however, he was discouraged after learning Grenadine did not take in apprentices. He offered to give the party a Splode Book in exchange for 99 bang berries, allowing them to cast high art.[2]

Trivia

  • His name comes from 'demi-glace', a rich sauce made from beef or chicken stock.
  • In the Japanese version of Magical Vacation, his name is written as デミグラ Demigura, whereas in Magical Starsign, it is corrected to ドミグラス Domigurasu.
