Magic points, also known as magic power and abbreviated as MP, is a statistic in the Magical Vacation series.

Gameplay

In combat, party members cast magic by spending MP in varying amounts. They can be replenished in several ways, most commonly through the MP% stat, which restores a character's MP by a percentage amount at the start of a turn. In Magical Vacation, enemies typically enter battle at half their maximum MP or less, assuming they are able to cast spells at all, whereas enemies in Magical Starsign cast magic without MP and thereby do not require an MP% stat.
