Profile
Armagel is a monster of the gaikotsukenshi variety. It is skeleton without a lower body that stands upright on its spine, and has horns protruding from its skull. It has a green-gray neckpiece, as well as gloves of the same color. For battle, it wields a large cutting knife. Armagel was originally a frontline fencer who died in battle, but was resurrected by an enigma to be its servant. However, only its upper body was restored, and it yearns to run again.[1]

Nomenclature
Its name may come from Armageddon, a biblical hill in Megiddo where, according to the New Testament, the final battle between good and evil will take place before the Day of Judgement. It may also come from magel, a potential variant of the ancient Germanic name Machthild, meaning "strength in battle."
