History
Glissini Caves, Phunnel Pit, and the Starway were created simultaneously after Shadra and Nova merged together long ago.[1] At the very bottom of the caves was an interdimensional hole to Shadra, but it was sealed shut when plasma and matter collided, separating the two domains unless the planets' energies were activated in the Starway.[2]
Trivia
- In the files of Magical Starsign, Glissini Caves has twenty downward floors listed, though only seven are seen in-game.
Nomenclature
Its name comes from grissini, breadsticks used for dipping. In English, it has the added wordplay of "glistening," since the caves are located on the light planet.

- ↑ Fondue: "The dark planet was once just another planet rotating the sun. During a peak in the planet’s energy, it created a new sun, and that sun was absorbed into this one. That’s when the Siphon Caves[a] and the Glissini Caves and the Starway were created."
- ↑ Fondue: "There was once a dimensional hole here that led to the dark planet. The interaction of matter and plasma has plugged it shut, but the natural energies of the planets may force it open again."
