Slash is a spirit in Magical Vacation. It represents the blade attribute.

Profile

Slash is a spirit whose body consists of a little head with green eyes, ears, a stubby nose, and a thick golden beard. It wears a metal headpiece that resembles a blade, and possibly a bishop's hat. Slash is happy to lend its strength to those who seek it, but it believes that the "way of the sword" is to push forward with one's own strength, and therefore orders magicians to discard their gummy frogs before joining their side. Furthermore, Slash uses a unique, old-fashioned way of speaking, employing archaic phrases such as ごきげん　うるわしゅう gokigen uruwashū (How are you?).

The blade spirit is strong against sound, but weak to beauty and dark. For spells, blade magic targets single enemies in the front row with high damage. Cassis Lumberyard uses the blade spirit, and the protagonist can choose blade as their starting attribute.

On the field, blade spirits are disguised as swords. They can be befriended with camuty gold coins, but the player must discard all their gummy frogs first. If Cassis is in the party, however, he will retrieve all the discarded frogs.
