Radishes are a species in Magical Starsign. They are sentient root vegetables who populate various parts of the Baklava solar system.

Profile

Radishes have round gray roots with a pair of blue eyes, as well as a mouth and two-toed feet. Their tops of their heads are pink, and extend into leafy green sterns. To distinguish male from female radishes, the females wear yellow bows on their heads, while males' heads are more bulbous and have stubby arms. All radishes are connected through an elaborate root network, which allows them to exchange knowledge across great distances.

In Japanese, radishes irregularly use Katakana characters in place of Hiragana, such as デス desu instead of です desu, and マス masu instead of ます masu.

Gameplay

When talked to, radishes will explain various gameplay mechanics to the player, which are recorded in the encyclopedia. If Tom Yam is in the party while talking to a radish, they may give the player items.
