Gummy
Gummy is a concept in the Magical Vacation series.
Profile
According to Craaken's teachings, gummies are organic plasma, a form of high-energy matter derived from water, wind, and fire.[1] However, plasma itself is neither water nor earth, but something akin to lightning.[2] They are produced when dark magic energy converts moisture and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere into vaporized gummy molecules, which instantly dissolves in carbonated water. When subjected to light magic pressure, the vaporized gummy molecules start to crystallize using organic tissue as nuclei, mainly on bacteria and natant microorganisms.
The crystals' properties can vary depending on the nuclei, and in some cases, atypical crystal formations will behave like living organisms.[3] The natural process of gummy formation can be simulated inside a plant to artifically generate magical power-based gummies. However, small crystalline nuclei will destabilize the crystals, while oversized nuclei reduce the crystals' quality. Human beings with magical powers are considered the best nuclei for gummy crystallization.[4]
Gummy frogs and worms are made from gummy matter that houses the life force, or souls, of actual frogs[5] and worms.[6] The sun of the Baklava solar system is also a gummy[7] with a plasma atmosphere created by the interaction of light and dark energy,[8] and although its atmosphere is searing hot, the terrain underneath is said to be habitable.[9]
