Biography

Twenty years ago, Bretzel, Bruschetta, Baguette, Bagel, and Brioche took out a loan to excavate Zundoko Pit in the Dark Plane. They discovered Garam Masala far underground with Café au Lait Rustynail inside, but did not find much else. To pay off their debt, the team of dwarves sold Café au Lait and their equipment to a curiosity shop, after which they disbanded.

Magical Vacation

While the party searched for the scattered dwarves at Bruschetta's behest, they found Pretzel at the Despair Swamp in the Death Plane, sulking on the ground. Pretzel told them to leave him alone at first, until Café au Lait chimed in and exclaimed that Bruscetta wanted to finish digging in Zundoko Pit. Unaware that his friends were reuniting, Pretzel promised to no longer pout his sorrows away, then excitedly hurried back to the Dark Plane.

Trivia

• His name in the English fan translation is a mistranslation. His Japanese name ブレッツェル Burettseru (Bretzel) means "pretzel" in German; all of Bruschetta's friends are named after bread foods that start with B.
