Biography
Twenty years ago, Bretzel, Bruschetta, Baguette, Bagel, and Brioche took out a loan to excavate Opopmat Cave in the Dark Realm. They discovered Garam Masala far underground with Latte Rustynail inside, but did not find much else. To pay off their debt, the team of dwarves sold Latte and their equipment to a curiosity shop, after which they disbanded.
Magical Vacation
While the party searched for the scattered dwarves at Bruschetta's behest, they found Pretzel at the Despair Swamp in the Abyssal Realm, sulking on the ground. Pretzel told them to leave him alone at first, until Latte chimed in and exclaimed that Bruscetta wanted to finish digging in Opopmat Cave. Unaware that his friends were reuniting, Pretzel promised to no longer pout his sorrows away, then excitedly hurried back to the Dark Realm.
Trivia
- His name in the English fan translation is a mistranslation. His Japanese name ブレッツェル Burettseru (Bretzel) means "pretzel" in German; all of Bruschetta's friends are named after bread foods that start with B.
