Guardian is an optional boss in Magical Vacation.

Profile

Guardian is a tall yellow robot resembling a dogū figure, possessing closed eyes, mechanical arms with three digits each, and a red jewel on its forehead.

Boss

Guardian can be fought at Garam Masala 50. It uses the ancient spirit, which is strong against fire, but weak to thunder and dark.

In battle, guardian is in the middle of the front row, with two magic dolls on either side of it, and one behind it. It can use the physical skill spin to hit a column of party members, dealing more damage to the front row. It can also use the spells call Early to summon an ancient spirit, clear Toasty to remove all fire spirits, robomissile to strike all party members with a chance of decreasing agility.

If guardian is defeated Lukewarm or Spicy difficulty, and there is at least one open spot in the party, MD01-Tuna can be recruited.

History

The guardian at the bottom of Garam Masala

Guardian was a magic doll created in ancient times, capable of shaking the heavens and ripping lands apart. However, guardian's existence was merely a legend, and whether it really existed remained unknown.

When the party reached the lowest level of Garam Masala, they approached the dormant guardian. It announced a protocol to destroy them, but luckily, they managed to defeat it and its magic doll subordinates.
