Magical Starsign

When the party talked to Brown, he complained about how busy his job was, which prevented him from writing any approval requests. He mumbled profanities under his breath, but humbly accepted that it was his fate due to being a dwarf. Afterwards, Brown continued to ramble about his bad luck when it came to his projects getting green-lit.
