Bouncingbet was born when the students gave Cardoon a putty pea at the Stone Stage of Shishkebab Cavern. When talked to, Bouncingbet recited the fifteenth part of the putty song. They sang about how the people of water wove a melody from water, which gave rise to the sunken land of earth. Heat then erupted from the earth and wind danced in the skies.
