Kimi to Amigo (君とアミーゴ, lit.literally You and Amigo) is a tie-in promotional manga for Magical Starsign, illustrated by Gen Kadoi and published by Brownie Brown on September 1, 2006. It serves to demonstrate the various functions of Amigo Mode.

Plot

While Haruna Tōyama and her brother Daisuke are running errands, Daisuke begins playing Magical Vacation: Itsutsu no Hoshi ga Narabu Toki on his Nintendo DS, exclaiming he can communicate with nearby players over Tag Mode by simply passing them. The next day at school, Haruna learns her classmate and crush, Takimoto, is also playing the game. After creating her own save file on Daisuke's game, Haruna approaches Takimoto's house. Their games suddenly connect, and Takimoto helps Haruna understand passerby tagging and competing in Amigo Dungeons. He promises to meet with Haruna again soon, unaware she is actually trying to gain his affection. Confident their next meet-up could be a date, Haruna pesters Daisuke into letting her borrow his game again.
