Frozen coral resembles other coral, having a blue and orange-spotted body with a multitude of tentacles sprouting from its back. On its front, it has two eyes.[1]

Despite having the water starsign, frozen corals do not possess any spells. They have one physical skill, sneezing fit, which damages a random member of the party. The move has no indication of which party member it will strike, so using reflex guard against it requires the player to guess. Frozen corals have increased defense against magic attacks.[1][2]
