Twisting of space, also known as twisting space or bending space, is a concept in the Magical Vacation series.
Profile
As its name implies, twisting of space is the process of bending and distorting the very fabric of space, which makes it possible to move freely between planes within a universe. The ability to twist space requires strong mental energies,[1] also known as PSI. Since PSI is defined as higher-dimensional physics, this distinguishes the twisting of space from warp magic, as magic is the manipulation of the laws of physics itself.[2] Technology can also be used to emulate PSI powers and twist space, but if it malfunctions, space within a certain radius will become distorted. This causes the doorways of buildings to redirect to other buildings in the area, and befuddle the minds of those whose mental energy was used to fuel the technology.
