Hiroki Matsuura is a Japanese game developer and former employee of Brownie Brown (presently 1-Up Studio). He worked on battle data design for Magical Starsign and contributed to Mother 3. He would later become a Manager and Senior Director at Cygames, and a Director for Dragalia Lost before stepping down in July 2019.
