Displays Main Page Featured Blurb in the Featured Article section of Main Page Blocks on Kovopedia's main page.

Cycles through 6 pre-written blurbs. A blurb stays up for one month (60*60*24*30, 60 seconds, 60 minutes, 24 hours, 30 days) until it is replaced by the next blurb in the cycle.
