Effect(s) Applies barrier

Prism barrier, known in Japan as prism mist, is a light spell in Magical Starsign. The protagonist learns this spell at level 42 if they are light-aligned.

Information

Effect

Applies barrier on an ally(s), mitigating the damage of physical and magic attacks. Shared range from the back row.

  • In the front row, barrier's durability is equal to the ratio of MP consumed.
  • In the back row, barrier's durability is equal to the ratio of MP consumed, divided by the number of party members.

Barrier does not stack with shield or wall. If an ally has either status active, they will be canceled and replaced with shield.[1]

Appearance

When used from the front row, a pair of silver lights swirl around a character and envelop them in hexagonal force fields.

When used from the back row, two silver lights are launched into the air, collide with each other, and form hexagonal force fields around the party.[1]

Description

Shield against all attacks with a light barrier.[1]
