Oldfangel, known in Japan as babo noël,[a] is an enemy fought at the 900-meter point of the Glissini Caves on Nova in Magical Starsign.

Oldfangels are identical in appearance to angelders, but with gold armor with metallic highlights instead of pink with gold.[1]
Enemy[edit | edit source]
Despite possessing light affinity, oldfangels do not have any spells. They have one physical skill, single sweep, which they use to deal significant damage to a random member of the party each turn.[2]

Despite its appearance, the oldfangel isn't much of a warrior. However, in a pinch, it doesn't mind putting on a good show.

天使ともよばれる 光の戦士。 基本的に 戦いをこのまないが いざという時は 先頭にたって戦う。
A solider of light, otherwise known as an angel. It doesn't like fighting, but in times of need, it will take a stand and fight.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Its name comes from 'old fangled' and 'angel'.
- Oldfangel also appears in Magical Vacation, referred to as yule fighter in the English fan translation.
