Mt. Morbier, known in Japan as Morbier Volcano,[a] is a dungeon in the Dark Realm in Magical Vacation. Scattered throughout the volcano's interior are pools of lava, which inflict minor damage to the party when stepped on. Several chests in Mt. Morbier contain monsters instead of treasure, but with Sesame's special power, he can alert the party whether a chest is fake.

History
Magical Vacation
During the party's journey through the Dark Realm, they chased Quattro Formaggi into Mt. Morbier with Chocolat in his grasp. A nearby pyrite alleged that Quattro Formaggi, who was possessed by a Dab Hasnel enigma, would boil Chocolat in Mt. Morbier to crumble his earthen shell and take his magic jewel heart. The party proceeded through Mt. Morbier, defeating twin melty kisses along the way, soon finding Quattro Formaggi and Chocolat with Miss Madeleine in the furthest cavern. Quattro taunted Madeleine, saying his fear would allow him to merge with Chocolat, and that Madeleine's powers could not damage. However, Madeleine unleashed her light magic to knock Quattro to the ground. Just as Madeleine and her students were about to leave, Quattro stood up again and revealed his true form. He nearly fused with Chocolat, only for Madeleine to cast light magic again and kill him for good.[1]
Trivia
- Its name comes from 'morbier', a soft rubbery French cheese.
- In the fourth room of Mt. Morbier, there is a red frog that always reappears after being caught, but only if the player has caught 40 or less gummy worms.
