Inky, known in Japan as Nirva,[a] is the elemental spirit of darkness in Magical Vacation. It is one of the most powerful elements in the game, being strong against every other element except love and light, the latter of which is its only weakness. Its spells can also drain MP from enemies. Ganache and Pooka use Inky in battle, and the Protagonist unlocks dark magic if they register 100 Amigos via Link Mode.

Recruitment[edit | edit source]

Inkies disguise themselves as skulls, appearing when the party catches enough gummy frogs, and joining if they can win a challenge battle. All enemy sets for the challenge battles are listed below.[1]

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Although the English fan translation renamed this spirit to Inky, there are some pieces of dialogue where it is referred to as Shadowy.
