Trivia
- If only the protagonist shows up to confront Ganache before the first Kerendu fight, a unique line of dialogue says "[name] conveyed their feelings to Ganache..."
- Drazzig Grotto's organic lower levels may be in reference to Lucemia from Legend of Mana, a dungeon involving the exploration of a mythical beast's zombified innards. It is where the climax of the "Faerie Arc" takes place, which was written by Magical Vacation series director Nobuyuki Inoue.
Nomenclature
Its name comes from gizzard, an organ some animals use to grind food during digestion. Grilled poultry gizzard is popular in many cultures.
