Dog master, known in Japan as mummy master,[a] is an enemy fought in the Holy Water Pyramid on Cassia in Magical Starsign.

Profile[edit | edit source]

Dog masters are short blue creatures with thin arms and legs. They have a tuft of blue hair sprouting on the back of their heads. In their left hand, they carry a large decorated spear, which they use to cast spells.[1]

Enemy[edit | edit source]

Dog masters have dark affinity, gaining an aura during the night. They will most often use celestial swap to remove auras from members of the party. They can also use shadow die to deal damage to up to three members of the party. Additionally, they can perform eternal servant, which summons new mummy dogs (number 160) into battle in place of defeated mummy dogs (number 159).[1][2]

Bestiary entry[edit | edit source]

A high-ranking shaman. He may be arrogant, cunning, conniving, and a puppy hater, but he's not such a bad guy.
