History
The Couscous Ruins were possibly built in ancient times by the rabbit tribe of Puffoon, serving as a resting place for the dead. In rabbit culture, they believed that when their souls left their bodies, they gathered at a single point in the sky where a "huge floating temple" built by their ancestors was located.[1] Couscous Ruins became known as a snowdrift of time,[2] where temporality piled up like snow and created illusions of past events.
Some time before Magical Starsign, General Knucklestorm fled to Couscous Ruins after his daughter, Brie Pourri, was recruited as the Space Police inspector and leader of the Gren Security Patrol. He had made this decision upon realizing the force had been brainwashed by Kale and Biek Fowler, at which point he recognized the competence of King Suspiro. Soon thereafter, Miss Madeleine confronted Kale and Fowler in the ruins about their crusade against magicians, to which she was subdued and taken to Razen.

- Couscous Ruins is the only location where a non-player character of the chick race can be found.
Nomenclature
Its name comes from couscous (pronounced koos-koos), a North African dish of semolina and other cereal vegetables.
